Necessary session storage, optional product analytics and controls that let you refuse or withdraw optional collection.

1. Cookies and similar storage
Vizavi AI Inc. uses browser cookies, localStorage and sessionStorage to operate the Service and, with the appropriate choice, measure product use. This notice supplements the Privacy Policy. A browser identifier may relate to a person even if it does not contain their name.
Necessary technologies support authentication, security and the features you request. Optional product analytics is off until you choose to allow it. Refusing optional analytics does not prevent use of the core Service. Choosing cookies is separate from accepting Terms, subscribing to email marketing or permitting a connected source.
2. Necessary and requested functional storage
Session expiry is controlled by the authentication service and may be shortened by sign-out, revocation or security requirements. Preference storage persists until replaced or removed unless an expiry is stated. Browser settings can remove these entries at any time; blocking necessary session cookies may prevent sign-in.

3. Optional product analytics
If allowed, product events can include a random browser identifier, session identifier, event type, timestamp, release and limited event properties. Events are sent to Vizavi’s analytics endpoint. When configured, consented events also go to PostHog for product analytics and Google Analytics 4 for public-site acquisition measurement. Sentry receives redacted client-error diagnostics only after the same analytics choice; these optional integrations are disabled when their configuration is absent. Autocapture and session replay are disabled. This is distinct from server security and authentication records necessary to operate the Service.
Optional analytics identifiers, event collection and queue transmission are governed by the analytics choice. Declining or withdrawing it clears the browser’s optional analytics identifiers and unsent queue. It cannot recall a request already received by a server; contact privacy@vizavi.ai about previously collected personal data.

4. Change or withdraw your choice
Use Cookie settings in the footer or the control on this page to reopen the choices. Necessary only declines optional analytics; Customize lets you inspect the category and save your choice. Closing the notice without choosing does not enable optional collection. Choices apply to this browser and may need to be made separately on another device or after clearing storage.
The Global Privacy Control browser signal keeps optional analytics off, including when an earlier saved choice allowed it. Invalid, expired or older-version choices are not treated as permission. If browser storage is unavailable, optional analytics remains off until a valid choice can be stored and read.
The analytics choice does not subscribe you to marketing email. No separate optional marketing or personalization tracker is enabled by this notice. New optional technologies require an accurate disclosure and the applicable choice before collection.
5. External services
Payment pages, meeting platforms and other services you navigate to may use their own storage under their notices. Their controls may be separate from Vizavi’s. A link to another site does not itself grant that provider access to your workspace. Any optional tracking integrated into Vizavi must respect the applicable choice; a third-party label does not exempt it from these requirements.
6. Contact and changes
Contact privacy@vizavi.ai for questions or requests. We will update this notice when technologies or purposes change, and request a new choice where required. The current choice version and time are stored in this browser; this is not a record of agreement to all other legal documents.
