Two-Year Limited Warranty

The warrantor is Vizavi AI Inc. This warranty lasts for two years from the date the device is first delivered to the original end-user purchaser.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with Vizavi’s published instructions.

• Normal wear and consumable components.
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, fire, exposure beyond the stated protection, or other external causes.
• Unauthorized repair, modification, or use with incompatible accessories.
• Loss of data, services, or third-party software.
• A device with a removed or altered serial number.

After validation, Vizavi will, at its option, repair the device, replace it with a new or refurbished equivalent device, or refund the price actually paid. A replacement may differ cosmetically but will provide substantially equivalent functionality.

Email support@vizavi.ai with the order ID, serial number, problem description, and proof of purchase. Do not ship the device until you receive return authorization.

For a validated warranty claim, Vizavi provides shipping instructions and covers reasonable standard shipping. You are responsible for backing up and removing personal data before sending the device.

If a fault prevents you from removing data, tell support before shipment so appropriate handling can be arranged. Sending a device for service is not permission to use its recordings for model training or unrelated purposes. Access to residual content must be limited to what is necessary for the authorized service and applicable legal duties.

Repair, replacement or a device reset may result in data loss; keep a lawful backup where possible. A device return does not itself delete cloud content. See Data Retention and Deletion for a separate cloud-data request.

To the extent permitted by law, this is Vizavi’s sole written device warranty. Some states do not allow certain limitations on implied warranties or incidental or consequential damages, so those limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

This update does not retroactively narrow the warranty applicable when an eligible device was purchased. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
